THÔNG SỐ IP
Trong các chỉ dẫn kỹ thuật của dự án luôn yêu cầu mực bảo vệ (IP) đối với quạt thông gió Ecovent. Mức bảo vệ khác nhau tùy thuộc vị trí và môi trường lắp đặt quạt.
+Mức độ bảo vệ IP – Ingress Protection
Đây là thông số thường được thể hiện trên các thiết bị điện trong
đó có động cơ quạt.Thông số này cho biết khả năng bảo vệ chống lại sự xâm nhập vào bên trong thiết bị của các chất lỏng và chất
rắn.IP là thông số tiêu chuẩn quốc tế : IEC-60529 – Degrees of
Protection provided by Enclosures.Một thông số IP điển hình có dạng như : IPXY
* X: ( từ 0 – 6 ) mức độ bảo vệ chống lại xâm nhập của vật rắn.
* Y: ( từ 0 – 8 ) mức độ bảo vệ chống lại xâm nhập của chất lỏng.IP First number – Protection against solid objects
0 No special protection 1
Protected against solid objects up to 50mm, e.g. accidental touch by hands. 2
Protected against solid objects up to 12mm, e.g. fingers. 3
Protected against solid objects over 2.5mm
(tools and wires).

0 No protection. 1 Protection against vertically falling drops of water e.g. condensation. 2 Protection against direct sprays of water up to 15 the vertical. 3 Protected against direct sprays of water up to 60 the vertical. 4 Protection against water sprayed from all directions limited ingress permitted. 5 Protected against low pressure jets of water from alldirections o limited ingress. 6 Protected against low pressure jets of water, e.g. for use on ship decks – limited ingress permitted. 7 Protected against the effect of immersion between 15cm and 1m. 8 Protects against long periods of immersion under pressure. Đối với quạt lắp đặt ở vị trí ngoài trời mức bảo vệ thông thường là IP55. Với mức bảo vệ này động cơ có thể đặt ngoài trời không cần che chắn ,chịu được mưa nắng và môi trường bụi. Mực bảo vệ IP44 hoặc 21 phù hợp cho quạt lắp đặt trong nhà và không chịu tác động trực tiếp của các tác nhân thời tiết.
Quạt thông gió hướng trục và ly tâm Ecovent sử dụng động cơ Malaysia 100% cấp bảo vệ từ IP55 trở lên.
